How Payment on Delivery works

1. Place your order or contact us to request Payment on Delivery.
2. Our team confirms whether the order, products and delivery area are eligible.
3. After the order is confirmed, we contact the named customer by phone, WhatsApp or email to verify the order, delivery address and amount due.
4. Once verification is complete, we arrange delivery. The agreed payment is due using the method confirmed with you.

ID verification before delivery

• Before delivery is arranged, we require valid photo ID from the named customer placing or receiving the order.
• The name on the ID must match the order, unless another recipient has been approved by us before dispatch.
• Only provide ID using the verification method confirmed by our team. Do not send identity documents to an unverified account or contact.
• If ID is not supplied, does not match or the order cannot be verified, we may request payment upfront or cancel the Payment on Delivery option.

Why we request ID

• ID is requested only to verify the order and named customer, reduce fraudulent or false orders and protect customers and our delivery team.
• We do not use ID information for marketing.
• Verification information is handled carefully for order verification, delivery records and dispute or fraud prevention.

Failed verification or delivery

• Payment on Delivery is offered at our discretion and may not be available for every product, postcode or order value.
• If the customer refuses delivery, cannot provide matching ID or cannot make the agreed payment, the order may be returned or cancelled.
• We may refuse future Payment on Delivery orders where a previous order was refused, unpaid, fraudulent or could not be verified.
